Then in 1992 we moved to Paleo Faliro to a privately owned site on Poseidonos Avenue 12 where we are housed until today.
In the 32 years that we have been working in the construction industry, we have dealt mainly with static andarchitectural studies, issuance of building permits, construction of single-family houses, multi-family houses and even country houses.
Finally, we undertake the settlement of arbitrary claims using Law 4495/2017.
Our goal is to provide high-level technical services and advice, to use materials of guaranteed quality, as well as to comply with the regulations that apply to the design of construction projects in Greece.
In each project, we study and seek to meet the client’s functional needs, promote the ergonomics of the spaces and at the same time provide a basis for the final result to be aesthetically pleasing.
