The requirement for an Energy Label Certificate in the case of buying and selling and renting comes into effect on January 9, 2011. It is issued by an Energy Inspector  and is a document recognized by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

The Energy Label Certificate includes, among other things, the results of the energy inspector’s assessment and recommendations for improving the building’s energy efficiency. So that consumers are able to compare and evaluate their actual consumption and any potential for improving energy efficiency. Issuance of the certificate is mandatory.

1.Architectural building plans
2.Electromechanical building plans
3.Boiler maintenance sheet
4.Energy consumption invoices (PPC, heating oil, natural gas, etc.)
5.Information from owner
