Regularization – Legalization of arbitrary
We undertake the full implementation o all the required actions for the settlement – legalization of your arbitrariness, in accordance with existing legislation. After communication, an engineer from our office visits you for an autopsy and receipt of all the necessary supporting documents. Upon completion of the process on our part, we deliver you a complete settlement file of your arbitrariness.
Any arbitrary construction that meets the conditions of Law 4495/2017 can be settled if declared from 1/10/2011 to 14/09/2012.

Our office with the engineers who staff it undertakes the full implementation of all the required actions for the regularization – legalization of arbitrary constructions, in accordance with Law 4495/2017, with favorable financial terms of cooperation, which we agree upon after our autopsy on the arbitrary.

Arbitrary Settlement (arbitrary legalization) is the process by which, after the payment of a special fine, the imposition of fines for arbitrary constructions as well as for any urban planning and building violation is suspended for thirty (30) years for properties inside and outside the city plan.

The most important elements of the draft law on arbitrariness are as follows:
A 20% discount is given for those who choose the one-time payment of the fine to legalize their arbitrariness τους.
All arbitrary constructions up to 28.07.2011 (the date the bill for the regulation of arbitrary constructions was submitted to the Parliament) are included, as well as all those for which the bearing organization had been completed by the above date.
Since the publication of the law in the Government Gazette (September 21, 2011) all real estate transfers will be accompanied by the owner’s ID and an Engineer’s certificate certifying that there are no arbitrary constructions on the property other than those that have been declared and settled legally.
A 50% discount will be given to the fine for legalizing arbitrary constructions in basements, attics and lofts.
